What do I need to know about staying at Elite Palace Hotel?

You will be staying at Elite Palace Hotel from 27–28 August. After lunch, you will leave your luggage in the hotel’s luggage room – more information will be provided on site. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, but due to the afternoon and evening programme, you will not have access to your room until after dinner.Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM. The bus back to Linköping leaves at 9:30 AM on the 28th, so please be at the departure point no later than 9:20 AM to ensure we can leave on time.You can find the rooming list below.

What should I wear and what should I know about the afternoon activity?

We will be outdoors from 1:30 PM until we arrive at Restaurant Eld at 6:30 PM, so please wear comfortable shoes and dress according to the weather. The activity is not physically demanding, everyone can participate, and you won’t get sweaty.If you would like to change for the evening, please either change directly after lunch or bring a change of clothes with you to Eld.

Dinner will be held at: Restaurant Eld, located at the Viking Museum (Vikingamuseet) on Djurgården.

What is the plan for dinner and the evening?

We will arrive at Restaurant Eld, located at the Viking Museum, at 6:30 PM. The evening will start with a pre-drink, with the opportunity to join a guided tour and experience the Viking ride. We plan to sit down for dinner at around 7:30 PM, and dinner will continue until approximately 10:45 PM.After dinner, there will be drinks and mingling at the bar until midnight. Please note that transportation after the evening is not arranged, so everyone is responsible for making their own way back to the hotel or home.

Wednesday, 27 August: The bus departs at 7:00 AM from Gamla Tanneforsvägen 92, Linköping. Please make sure to be on time, as the bus needs to leave promptly.The bus will travel via Norrköping, with a pick-up at Scandic, Järngatan 17, Norrköping, at approximately 7:35 AM. From there, the bus will take us directly to Akind HQ.Thursday, 28 August: The bus departs from Elite Palace Hotel at 9:30 AM. Please be ready at 9:20 AM so we can leave on time. The bus will also stop in Norrköping on the way back to Linköping.
